Via Packaging Type
Primary:
Primary packaging is the packaging that holds your product.
Whether your primary packaging is brick, rubber, plastic, metal, glass, or paper, whether you’re looking to tackle product identification, batch coding, or date coding, our team of sector specialists can help you find the perfect solution for your specific production.
Our range of continuous inkjet printers, from Citronix, excel at printing onto any material, at all speeds. Able to print at distances of over 20mm away from the product they are printing on, they are high-quality, reliable, and increasingly popular industrial coding and marking systems.
For plastic, glass or metal primary packaging, our range of Laser Coders from Macsa ID, offer consumable-free, service-free printing at an affordable price.
If your production requires parts marking, we also supply Macsa’s excellent fibre laser workstations.
Should your production utilise flexible primary packaging, our range of Easyprint thermal transfer overprinters, produce high-quality print, including barcodes and logos, and can be used on flow wrappers (HFFS) and bagging machines (VFFS).
Easyprint TTO printers can be installed on most labellers, to provide you with the benefits of variable print, when you need it.
If you’re looking to print onto flat surfaces, our thermal inkjet printers, manufactured by HSA, produce high-quality print, require no servicing, and are designed to make changing consumables quick and easy.
The Codetronix team can also supply a range of label applicators, from industry-leading manufacturer Intrex, providing you with the ability to produce automated labels on any type of primary packaging.
The Intrex 50+ is one of the most powerful, compact label applicators on the market, perfect for even the smallest of production areas, they can also be installed onto flow wrappers and baggers.
Secondary:
Secondary packaging is your product’s exterior packaging, helping to contain all of your product’s packaging, and further identify and protect your product.
We supply a huge range of industrial coding and marking systems for secondary packing, to many clients across the industrial and construction sector.
Your partner in product identification, our experienced team can help you find the perfect system for you secondary packaging, and production requirements.
If you’re looking to print directly onto your secondary packaging, our range of piezo inkjet printers from Squid Ink, are popular industrial coding and marking systems.
The Copilot series print onto both absorbent and absorbent materials, using oil-based or solvent-based inks. This range of PIJ’s feature printheads that allow up to 70mm-high printed text, barcodes, and logos, and by stitching heads together, higher print sizes and even two-sided case coding, can be achieved.
If you’re looking to label your secondary packing, we can supply a number of high-quality options.
For printing onto shrink wrapped trays, cases, and cartons, we can supply a market-leading range of print and apply labellers from Macsa Id.
Able to print in any orientation: top, side, wrap-around, front, or back, with a single machine, they have a modern modular design, and can interface with most sector software systems including BarTender, NickLabel, and Easy Label.
Alternatively, we can work with you to find the perfect labeller from our range of Intrex label applicators. Able to print at high speeds of over 300 product per minute, these labellers apply pre-printed labels to any secondary packaging.
Our Intrex label applicators can replace manual labelling, optimising your coding and marking, and accelerating your production.
Tertiary (Pallet Labelling):
Codetronix provide a huge number of industrial coding and marking systems to manufacturers looking to label their tertiary packaging.
Also referred to as ‘bulk’ or ‘transit’ packaging, tertiary packaging is used to group larger quantities of SKUs to transport them.
Our range of pallet labellers can apply labels on 1,2 or 3 sides of a pallet, in 1 or 2 stops, and feature an integrated barcode scanner to check that the label meets print quality requirements after application.
We also supply an optional protective cabinet with sliding door, to protect the labeller and safeguard staff.
