iCON2 – Compact Character Laser Coding Machines

The iCON2 are small, character laser coding machines that produce high-quality marking, at high speeds, onto plastics (including PET), glass and card.

Requiring no consumables, iCON2 laser coders are a popular and low-cost alternative to inkjet printers, maximising your uptime, and reducing your rate of consumable consumption.

SPA-C – Modular CO2 Laser Coding Machines

Our SPA-C CO2 laser coding machines produce high-quality coding and marking on paper, cardboard, glass and on a wide variety of plastics.

Incredibly versatile solutions, SPA-C CO2 models can run at a range of speeds, so you can optimise your laser coder to your specific production. 

SPA-C CO2 models are modular, so you can rest assured that your printer can grow with you, meeting your evolving production needs. 

Featuring premium lenses, a Vibration Compensation System (VCS) to ensure high resolution marking even on high-speed production lines, and a Reverse Air Flow (RAF) circuit to cool and clean the printer, SPA-C CO2 laser coders are powerful solutions.

SPA-C CO2 model laser coders are designed to IP54 regulations, and SPA CIP models are also available, which are protected to IP65, and ensure greater reliability across dusty, washdown and humid environments. 

SPA-F – Fibre Modular Laser Coding Machines

Macsa ID have designed their SPA-F laser coding machines to offer your production high-quality fibre laser coding and marking on a variety of materials, including films, plastics, and metals. 

SPA-F laser coders encode your product information at very high speeds, maintaining excellent print definition, and ensuring the integrity of the substrate over their entire 100,000-hour lifespan. 

Our range of SPA Fibre laser coders includes:

• SPA-F Pulsed – Fibre laser coding machines used to mark a wide range of plastics and metals. 
• SPA-F Film – Fibre laser coders that apply variable information to flexible packaging and other foil, film, and plastic-coated packaging. 

Easy to configure as a network of laser coders, the OPTIMA software is an application for the centralised management of your coding, marking and labelling process.

All of our SPA-F laser coding machines utilise NiceLabel to design, create and print labels, and iLabel Systems to print and apply labels. These powerful machines can also be reset remotely by Macsa ID technicians using the Remote-Control function.

D-5000 – Duo Green Series Laser Coding Machines

Our D-5000 Duo Green laser coding systems are high-accuracy DPSS laser systems based on an Nd:Yv04 active medium.

Featuring a high-power laser, D-5000 laser coders deliver a high beam performance at a wavelength of 532nm, making them ideal for high-precision marking on plastics, with minimal thermal impact. 

D-5000 models can be easily integrated into an automated production line, or with Macsa ID iLaserBox workstations, which we also supply. 

Customisable to your exact production needs, these laser coders are highly adaptable, and designed to work in dynamic productions, D-5000 models are available in a range of powers to suit even the most difficult material.

Giving you control over your workflow and speed, these laser coders feature an easy to use touchscreen interface. 

PS models are also available, which have a shorter pulse width and higher peak power. 

Nano DPSS Laser Coding Machines

Our Nano DPSS laser coding machines are compact and affordable solutions that are based on a Nd:YVO4 active medium.

Producing quality coding on a wide range of delicate, metallic and plastic substrates, and a popular solution for coating ablation, DPSS models are economical lasers with reduced maintenance costs.

Nano DPSS models are short pulse, high peak power lasers, available in 1064nm, 532nm (Green) and 355nm (UV) wavelengths, and in a range of different powers, making them the perfect laser coders for most industrial applications.

Designed for industrial laser marking application, Nano DPSS lasers are easy to integrate into your production line, and are available in workstations or standalone models. These lasers can be used alongside our range of Macsa ID ilaserbox 250, 600, and 1000 workstations, to accelerate and optimise your production.

SPA CIP Laser Coders

Our range of Macsa SPA CIP models are reliable, modular laser coding machines for wet and dusty environments. 

Designed to operate reliably in washdown and dusty environments, and with housing designed to protect laser tubes and lenses, you can rest assured that these laser coding machines can meet even the most demanding production environments. 

Our IP65 laser coders enable high speed CPA CIP coding and marking, with excellent definition, without interruption, in even the most hostile production conditions. 

IP65 models include Macsa’s proprietary VCS to ensure high-quality print at the highest speeds.
