The idBlocks 4020 is a contact/blow system, suitable for the majority of applications, across a huge range of sectors and production environments.
The idBlocks 4042 model, is a wipe-on machine that is suited for uneven surfaces or corner applicationis, and for faster applications the idBlocks 4050 is a contactless machine that blows the label accurately onto the product.
These versatile systems are available with 4” (100mm) and 6” (150mm) printheads, a choice of Macsa’s Zebra, Sato, Avery or Datamax print engines, and can be easily integrated into your production line.
Our range of print and apply labellers includes Macsa ID pallet labellers. The IdBlocks 6011, 6020 model, and the idBlocks 6013 can help accelerate your production by printing and applying standard A5 labels onto 2 or 3 sides of a pallet.

Thanks to Macsa’s modular design, up to 5 different applicators can be used with the same base unit.

Able to label on two faces of a pallet in a single stop, our idBlocks Pallet 6011 models are able to achieve speeds of up to 160 pallets per hours, helping to accelerate your production. With the addition of the 3-sided turn kit, this model can be adapted to place labels on three sides of the pallets, the front, side, and back.
We typically supply our range of Macsa pallet labellers housed within protective cabinets, which also feature optional sliding pneumatic doors, for harsh industrial environments.
