Designed for harsh, industrial production environments, Macsa’s Lineal idBlocks 4020-6020 models are highly reliable and compact print and apply labelling machines.

These models apply labels via a tamp applicator, which can be used to offer you the versatility of different sized labels from a single solution, 4020-6020 models are go-to solutions for labelling different product faces such as Top, Side or Bottom of products.

Our print and apply systems offer you impressive flexibility, featuring a lineal pneumatic cylinder that enables you to apply labels onto a range of surface lengths (from 100mm, up to 800mm away from the labeller).

Macsa 4020-6020 print and apply labelling machines apply labels via contact on uneven surfaces, or via blowing.

The idBlocks range of labellers are available with a wide range of different applicators, making them suitable for almost any product or packaging line. Models are available with either a 4” printhead (4000 series) or 6” printhead (6000 series), the idBlocks labellers will handle A5 sized labels too.

Our entire range of idBlocks print and apply labelling systems can be seamlessly integrated with your existing software systems and third-party message creation packages, via OEM, or Macsa’s print engines including Zebra, SATO, or Datamax.

Macsa ID’s Frontal idBlocks 4030-6030 models, are high quality print and apply labelling machines that feature a rotating arm to enable you to apply labels on the front or lateral sides of your product. 

With a pneumatic cylinder stroke of 100mm up to 800mm, and available with a swinging arm for applying labels onto two adjacent sides, or the back of your product, our range of 4030-6030 labellers are go-to solutions for labelling different product faces.

Blow idBlocks 4050

Print and Apply Labelling Machines

The Macsa Blow idBlocks 4050 models are blow-applicator systems that apply labels at high speeds, onto irregular surfaces, or onto duplicate items such as bread, cakes, fruit and vegetables, by blowing the label without making contact with your product. 

These print and apply labelling machines can apply labels at a distance of up to 80mm from your product, making them a versatile addition to your production. 

Featuring easily interchangeable modules, Blow idBlocks 4050 models can be easily integrated into your automated production line, and are adaptable to any printer module on the market.

Blow idBlocks 4050 models also feature a touch screen for easy set up and management of your equipment, and to help you access maintenance tools quickly and easily, to minimise your downtime. 

The idBlocks Pallet 6011

Print and Apply Labelling Machines

Looking for a versatile pallet labeller designed for high-speed packing lines?

The idBlocks Pallet 6011 can label on two faces of a pallet in a single stop, and achieve speeds of up to 160 pallets per hour. With an additional 3-sided turn kit, 6011 model print and apply labelling machines apply labels on three sides of the pallet: the front, side and back.

6011 pallet labellers include an applicator arm as standard, to enable you to print and apply 800mm labels for other applications across your production line.

These print and apply labelling machines are easily integrated into your packaging line, databases and ERP systems using the Optima software.

Featuring a barcode reader to ensure that the printed barcode is readable and correct prior to application, idBlocks pallet labelling machines are powerful additions to your production line.
